In this Hatha class, we work to release the stress and tension that tends to build up over the week by taking time to connect with our breath, body and mind. In this class you will learn to listen to your body, reconnect with your breath, and learn to connect your movement with breath. This slower paced practice helps to open the joints and refresh muscles as well as calm and slow the mind. Learning to connect helps to foster a calm and relaxed state to help carry us through our daily lives.
