Yoga for Restful Sleep
with Dr. Thamarai Moorthy (Registered Psychologist and Certified Yoga Instructor)

This workshop combines the science of sleep with the principles of yoga to offer effective strategies for enhancing sleep quality. You will be introduced to specific yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices that are known to alleviate stress and promote restful sleep. By integrating these practices into your routine, you can improve your overall sleep health and well-being.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
