The Pelvic Floor is the base of function for your entire body. We need it to be responsive, to react when needed and then be able to release. In order to do this, we have to think about all of the layers – breathing, alignment, the core muscles and how we move in our daily lives. In this workshop, we will explore how the breath & core are foundational for our daily pelvic floor health & mobility. We will use yoga postures, breath practices and relaxation to explore the connection with our pelvic floor. You will also nurture your shoulders, mobilize your spine & increase hip mobility.

Participants will need 2 foam blocks, a yoga mat & blanket
