Pain and discomfort in our shoulders, knees, backs, hips, etc. is often attributed to "getting older". In reality, our sedentary lifestyle is most likely the cause, as it is a big contributor to muscle imbalance. Each week we will focus on a specific area of the body (knees, hips. back , etc.), by stretching and strengthening our muscles through alignment and restorative exercises.
Join Candace for this 6 week session of Realignment Yoga (no class November 15th) and learn more about the connection between alignment, movement and moving away from pain. This class is suitable for all levels, no yoga experience is required.
