In this unique session we will look at the relationship between the breath, the hips, the core and your pelvic floor. These connections are essential for creating balance & stability in the whole body. We will explore ways to refine your poses along with creative sequencing, detailed cues and the inclusion of props to support your yoga practice. You can expect a well rounded class that progresses throughout the four weeks with equal parts strength, stretch & relaxation.
