Our bodies work as an interconnected system and thrive on dynamic movements. It also retains a history of our daily habits & issues – which imprint themselves in our body & affect how we move. This includes everything from your jaw to your feet – and everything in between!

Our bodies are also adaptable, resilient and thrive on consistence & variability. It builds on mindful movement patterns. In this session we will learn what daily movements affect and are affected by your pelvic floor. We will explore ways of incorporating a variety of movements along with breath awareness into your daily habits. These are key to healing.

You can expect classes that progress through the four weeks with equal parts breath awareness, strength, stretch & relaxation.
