Candace is passionate about 2 things... Yoga and Golf.
She has been teaching yoga for 7 years and playing recreational golf for much of her life. She really started working on her game about 14 years ago when she met her husband, a Teaching Golf Professional. In 2016, she began playing competitive golf at the Provincial level, which brought a whole new perspective to the game.
Candace's understanding of golf comes from the unlimited lessons she is lucky enough to receive, the many books she has and by practicing or playing almost every day during the golf season.
Golf does not tolerate dysfunction. It requires a body that is balanced and functional. It's a journey that takes time, persistence and understanding. This workshop will combine Realignment Yoga with strength, balance and breath. Students will receive a short Pre-Golf routine to take with them.
